Bio:

Alyssa Schwartz is a scientific leader with experience in oncology drug discovery, specializing in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and other targeted therapies. As Director of Biology at Immunome, she leads cross-functional teams in the design, validation, and translation of novel biologics aimed at leveraging targetable features of the tumor microenvironment. Alyssa has made contributions in advancing multiple ADC programs from early discovery through IND-enabling studies.

Alyssa holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from UMass Amherst, where she focused on building in vitro systems to model the physical tumor microenvironment and the contributions of mechanobiology to signaling and drug resistance.
